Support for Trans and Non-Binary Clients
I offer a welcoming, affirming space for trans and non-binary clients to explore whatever brings you to therapy—whether it’s related to gender or not. My practice is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a deep commitment to honouring your identity, experiences, and autonomy.
You might be navigating questions about transition, dysphoria, relationships, family dynamics, work, or the impact of transphobia. You might also be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a desire to feel more connected to yourself. Whatever you’re carrying, you deserve a therapist who sees and supports all of who you are.
I understand that therapy has not always been safe or inclusive for trans and non-binary people. I work actively to create a space where you don’t have to educate your therapist, explain your identity, or defend your right to be who you are. I use informed, gender-affirming approaches tailored to your needs and goals, whether that’s healing, growth, self-acceptance, or change.
Above all, I believe in your right to define your own identity and path. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your truth, build resilience, and move toward the life you want—on your terms.
As well as having a number of trans friends, my training with Pink Therapy helps inform my practice. I have also attended a two-day course with Gendered Intelligence on working with trans and non-binary clients. You can find out more about the organisation and the work they do here. https://genderedintelligence.co.uk/
